Lemon Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 well beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 c. milk
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Blend sugar, flour and salt. Add to melted butter. Add lemon juice and lemon rind. Mix well. Add egg yolks and milk; stir well. Fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered custard cups. Place in pan of hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until lightly brown on top. Remove from pan. Cool and refrigerate.
