Chili Rellenos Won Ton Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 onions, chopped
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    dash of garlic salt
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (add 1 more can for additional \"zip!\")
    1 pkg. won ton wrappers
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Combine beef, onions, cheese, oregano, cumin, garlic salt and chilies.
    Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on each won ton wrapper and follow package directions for folding and sealing.
    Deep fry 1 1/2 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
    Serve warm.
    Yield: 6 dozen appetizers.
