Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 can chicken broth
1 c. finely chopped ham
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli in chicken broth until tender.
Add ham.
Mix flour with small amount of milk until dissolved, then add remaining milk.
Slowly add milk mixture to broccoli and ham over a low heat.
Stir often.
As mixture begins to thicken, add cheese that has been sliced into several small chunks.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
