Notched Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 baking potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
-
Notch a large square out of the top of each potato.
Mix the remaining ingredients and spoon into the potatoes.
Replace the notch.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
