Caramel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease sides and bottom of pans. Flour lightly.
    Soften butter to room temperature.
