Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook and drain vegetables.
    Simmer celery for 10 minutes with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Mix together with vegetables and celery.
