Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and vegetable oil.
Sift together soda, salt and
flour;
add
to
mixture.
Add
pecans,
apples and vanilla. Bake
at 315\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Makes 2 layers, 1 tube or 1 loaf.
