Pork Roast With Garlic And Rosemary - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork roast
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Wipe meat with damp cloth.
    Score top with sharp knife.
    Make small slashes in several places and insert garlic.
    Rub surface with rosemary.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place on a roasting rack in a shallow pan.
    Roast at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes per pound.
    Allow to rest 10 minutes before carving.
