Sinful Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns (thaw 1 hour) or 5 lb. bag potatoes, diced (precook 15 minutes and drain)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. or 16 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 stick melted butter
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except potatoes together in a large bowl. Add potatoes.
    Mix well and pour into a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish.
    Top with 1 package cracker crumbs or potato chip crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
