Johnston'S Temptation - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. peeled potatoes (raw), cut julienne
    2 onions, cut up and sauteed
    2 cans sweet anchovy fillets, cut up
    pepper to taste
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    In an oblong baking dish, layer potatoes, onions and anchovies three times.
    Add pepper to each layer.
    Add heavy cream to mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
