Spicy Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1 lb. pork sausage
    3/4 c. quick or old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Pat excess moisture from sauerkraut with absorbent paper towels.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Bake in ungreased, shallow baking pan in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve warm.
    Makes 3 dozen sauerkraut balls.
