Roquefort Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. Bleu or Roquefort cheese
    1 pt. mayonnaise (2 c.)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 tsp. chopped chives or sour cream with chives
    1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream (with or without chives)
    1/2 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Crumble with a fork the Bleu or Roquefort cheese.
    Add next 5 ingredients.
    Add and mix, but do not beat the sour cream and buttermilk.
    Make as thick or thin as desired.
