Chocolate Cloud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 (4 oz.) jars baby food prunes
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten or 1/2 c. Egg Beaters
    1 c. nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add prunes, vanilla, eggs or Egg Beaters and skim milk.
    Stir until blended.
    Combine coffee and boiling water.
    Stir into batter until blended.
    Pour batter into two 9-inch pans or one oblong pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Test for doneness with toothpick inserted in center.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
