Angel Pie A La Gloria - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. water
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Add all ingredients, except sugar.
Beat until stiff.
Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Put in deep buttered 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Crust should be high and slightly browned.
Turn off oven.
Let cool with door open.
