Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes
1 stick of butter or oleo
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
5 Tbsp. butter or oleo
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender.
Mix potatoes, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Pour in casserole dish.
