Ham And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium potato (raw)
    1 tsp. onion, grated
    1/2 c. whole milk
    2 (1 oz.) thinly sliced ham
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Grease baking dish; slice potato and place one half in bottom of dish.
    Sprinkle with half of the onion and seasoning (this should be used sparingly).
    Add the ham and cover with remaining half of potato and onions.
    Add milk and if it is too much for the dish, hold and add gradually during cooking process.
    Cover and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until potato is cooked through and brown on top, about 20 minutes.
