Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups white sugar
2-4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation

Mix flour and powdered sugar and cut in butter until crumbly. Spread in a 9 x 13 aluminum pan and pat down evenly.
Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Do not brown.
Beat well eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice.
Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
May dust with powdered sugar
