Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 c. hot water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine butter, sugar, pulp and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Dissolved baking soda in hot water.
    Add to pulp mixture.
    Stir well.
    Alternately add flour and milk, stirring well after each addition.
    Pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
