Quick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 big dash pepper
    1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except chow mein noodles.
    Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven and cover with chow mein noodles.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
