Seafood Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded imitation crab, well drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 oz. pimiento, diced
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Chill 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Serve on crackers (party rye and etc.).
