Cheesy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
3/4 lb. processed American cheese, cubed
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions (omitting salt). Drain well.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
Add broccoli and remaining ingredients.
Cook on medium heat until cheese melts, stirring often.
Serve.
Makes 5 1/2 cups.
