Ingredients

2 egg whites
dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt and vanilla until stiff.
Gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
