Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 can tomato juice
    2 strips bacon
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 can whole tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook cabbage until limp and easy to roll, but not mushy.
    Cook rice.
    Mix raw ground beef with rice.
    Season with salt and pepper. Use large cabbage leaf.
    Roll ground beef and rice mixture in cabbage as a blanket, tucking in sides.
    In large saucepan, pour tomato juice and add raw bacon strips.
    Add stuffed cabbage.
    Cook on medium heat 2 1/2 hours.
