Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine apples and sugar and set aside.
Beat eggs lightly; add oil and vanilla and beat 1 minute.
Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with the apples.
Stir in the walnuts.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
May frost with a lemon frosting or serve with whipped cream.
