Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    6 c. broccoli (uncooked), diced
    1 medium red onion, in rings
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine bacon, broccoli and onion.
    In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over the broccoli mix and stir well.
    Let stand overnight in refrigerator and serve cold. Serves 6 to 8.
    Great for summer parties.
