Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can red salmon
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in greased loaf pan.
    Set pan in hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    To serve, pour over sauce made of 1 can of cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/3 cup of milk.
