Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag Tater Tots
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly brown ground beef; drain fat. Add mushrooms, chopped onion and bell pepper to ground beef. Brown until vegetables are hot.
    Put in casserole dish with both cheeses and cream of mushroom soup; mix well.
    Cover casserole thoroughly with Tater Tots (line neatly).
    Completely cover with golden mushroom soup (spread evenly).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes.
