Rice-A-Roni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 c. cooked carrots
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onions
    1 can tuna, drained
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni as on package; cool.
    Cook carrots 5 minutes or until tender, but not soft.
    Cool.
    After cooked ingredients have cooled, mix all together with 1/2 cup mayonnaise; chill.
    Serves 4 to 6.
