Chocolate Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix flour with salt and cocoa; put soda in buttermilk.
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and buttermilk alternately. Add vanilla, chips and nuts.
Bake in tube pan for about 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
