Confetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoe peg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 small jar (or less) pimento
    1 onion, chopped (red, white or several green, fresh)
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Drain all the canned vegetables.
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
    Will keep several days.
