Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
    1 can water
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix beef consomme, water, onion soup mix and mushrooms.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Cut up margarine on top.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until all liquid is absorbed.
