Chocolate Tater Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small potato, peeled and cut
    1 to 2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    water (to cover potato)
    1 1/2 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a 1-quart casserole, combine potato and water.
    Cook on High in microwave until soft.
    Drain.
    Mash potato with milk; set aside.
