Sunday Night Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 slices bread, crusts cut off and cubed
    3 pkg. grated sharp cheese or 10 oz., grated
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 can mushroom soup + 1/4 can milk
    4 beaten eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Use 3-quart casserole dish or 2 (11-inch) casseroles.
    Layer as follows:
    1/2 of the bread, 1/2 of the sausage, 1/2 of the grated cheese and repeat.
