Santa Fe Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups water
2 pkgs taco seasoning
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can great northern beans
2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans
2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans
1 (29 oz) can chopped tomatoes
2 (15 oz) cans yellow whole kernel corn
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 jar pasta sauce (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat and onions.
Drain fat.
All remaining ingredients in large pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring often so it won't stick. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours or put in crock pot and simmer on high all day.
