Mush(My Grandmother Used To Serve Us Mush For Breakfast.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.
    Place in a double boiler and cook 1 hour.
    (Watch that the water in bottom of double boiler doesn't go dry.)*
    Pour ingredients into a loaf pan and let cool overnight in refrigerator.
    When ready, cut into slices and fry in lightly oiled skillet until brown on both sides.
