Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. popped corn
1 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2-inch butter or oleo
1/4 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook the molasses, sugar, vanilla, salt and vinegar until a fine string will fall from spoon. Remove from heat and add butter and soda. Stir well and pour over popped corn.
Mix well.
Roll with hands in medium size balls.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 dozen balls.
