Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese
    2 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 onion, grated
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except spinach. Wash spinach well and drain. Break spinach into pieces. When ready to serve, put spinach on individual salad plates and spoon dressing on each salad.
