Tuna-Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 oz.) can chow mein noodles (about 2 c.)
    1 can chunk tuna
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 can water
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped green onions or regular onions
    1/4 lb. toasted salted or unsalted cashew pieces
    dash of salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Save 3/4 cup of noodles.
    Mix rest of ingredients. Put in buttered dish.
    Sprinkle the 3/4 cup of noodles over the top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
    Can double for larger servings or company.
