Baked Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. broccoli
    8 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
    2 to 4 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. regular or light mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (about 1 1/2 c.)
    1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    In a large skillet, cook chicken in 2 tablespoons oleo about 5 minutes on each side, or until tender (can use more oleo).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange broccoli and chicken in a shallow 2 1/2 or 3-quart baking dish.
    In a medium bowl, stir soup, mayonnaise, milk, mustard and pepper until blended.
    Stir in cheese.
    Spoon over chicken and broccoli.
    Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
    In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, melted oleo and paprika.
    Uncover chicken; sprinkle with crumbs mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
