Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. oleo
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix first four (4) ingredients together; set aside.
Put oleo in 2-quart casserole and place in 350\u00b0 oven until melted.
Remove dish and mix together all ingredients and dump into 2-quart oleoed baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
