Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. mushrooms (small can), drained
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
8 eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Saute together sausage, onions and peppers until sausage is done.
Beat together eggs and milk.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.
Pour in sausage mixture.
Cover with beaten eggs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until center is done.
Sprinkle grated cheeses over top.
Return to oven until melted.
(Good for breakfast.)
