Diet Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can unsweetened apples
    1/2 c cornstarch
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1/4 stick butter
    7 small pkg Equal
    2 frozen pie shells
Preparation
    Place undrained apples in dish. Slice up most of the butter and place it in dish with apples. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix well and microwave for 2 more minutes. Add Equal and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in one pie shell. Use other shell to form a top crust. Pick top with fork and place pats of butter on top of pie. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 min.
