Blueberry Pinwheel Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. butter flavored shortening
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. fresh blueberries
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    vanilla ice cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
    Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
    Stir well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
    Stir in vanilla and lemon juice.
    Set aside.
