Blue Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 slice raw onion or 1/4 tsp. dried onion
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    chopped nuts and dried parsley (mix together)
Preparation
    Using an electric mixer, blend the Blue cheese.
    Add cream cheese and raw onion (finely chopped).
    Add the dried parsley and mix until smooth.
