1/4 c. dry white wine
4 Tbsp. water, divided
4 packets low-calorie sugar substitute or 2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tsp. cornstarch
4 (6 oz.) salmon steaks*
