Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 1/2 pods jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. sharp cheese
    1/2 c. cream corn
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a large iron skillet.
