Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. golden raisins
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 Tbsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. almonds
    1 pkg. carrots
Preparation
    Cook carrots in 1/2-inch boiling water for 8 minutes.
    Drain water and pour carrots in casserole dish.
    Melt oleo, add ginger and raisins.
    Pour over carrots.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
