Sweet And Sour Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
ketchup (enough to color)

Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add liquid ingredients. Microwave until thick, stirring every minute. Add enough ketchup to color. Serve over rice and chicken.
