Dutch Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds split dry green peas
    1 1/2 pounds pork chops
    1 c. cubed ham
    1 pound smoked sausage
    5 carrots, sliced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 onions, sliced or diced
    1 c. chopped celery
    salt and pepper to taste
    6-8 cups of water
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients to a boil, and simmer at least an hour. If soup becomes too thick add a little water as needed.
