Trout Ala Phred - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    filet of trout with skin on
    lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    soy sauce
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pinch of curry
    tomato sauce or puree for color
    splash of Wrocestershire or Tabasco
    1 jigger whiskey
Preparation
    Catch a large trout at Lake Taupo, New Zealand.
    Prepare as above and marinate in lemon juice, soy sauce, salt and pepper at least 2 hours or overnight.
